O presidente da COOPERATIVA DE ELETRICIDADE GRÃO-PARÁ - CERGAPA, no uso das atribuições que lhes são conferidas pelo Estatuto Social, convoca os associados para comparecerem a ASSEMBLEIA GERAL ORDINÁRIA E EXTRAORDINÁRIA realizar-se no dia 27 de Março de 2026, nas dependências do Salão paroquial São João Batista, sito à Rua Barão do Rio Branco, s/nº, município de Grão-Pará, por não haver acomodações suficientes na sede social, às 17:30h em primeira convocação com presença de 2/3 de seus associados, às 18:30h em segunda convocação com a presença de metade mais um de seus associados ou às 19:30h em terceira e última convocação com a presença de no mínimo 10 (dez) associados para deliberarem a seguinte:
ORDEM DO DIA - ASSEMBLEIA GERAL ORDINÁRIA:
1) Prestação de contas do conselho de administração acompanhado dos parecer do conselho fiscal e auditoria independente referente ao exercício de 2025,compreendendo:
a) Relatório de Gestão;
b) Balanço Patrimonial;
c) Demonstrativo de sobras apuradas no exercício de 2025;
d) Parecer do conselho fiscal e parecer auditoria independente.
2) Destinação do Resultado do Exercício de 2025.
3) Eleição e posse dos componentes do conselho fiscal para o período de 2026 até AGO a realizar-se em 2027.
4) Fixação de pró-labore e cédula de presença às reuniões do conselho de administração, conselho fiscal e delegados junto a Fecoerusc, quando convocados.
5) Aprovação de plano de investimentos para o exercício de 2026.
6) Assuntos gerais.
