Atualmente um dos principais meios para a prestação dos serviços de telecomunicações são as infraestruturas das Distribuidoras de Energia Elétrica, através de suas estruturas (posteação).
Diante desta realidade a Cergapa sugere a realização de consulta previamente a etapa de encaminhamento da solicitação de compartilhamento, já que a Cergapa disponibiliza equipe para realização de esclarecimentos aos clientes e profissionais interessados, inclusive através de reuniões presenciais, que podem ser agendadas.
A Cergapa orienta seus clientes sobre a importância de contratar profissionais qualificados para o projeto e a instalação, bem como a aquisição de materiais e equipamentos certificados.
Quando da formalização dos pedidos de compartilhamento de Infraestrutura os solicitantes (Empresas Solicitantes) devem observar os regulamentos específicos da Cergapa de compartilhamento de infraestrutura:
