Atualmente na área de Permissão da Cergapa há 1 município conforme abaixo descriminado que optaram pela Cobrança da Contribuição de Iluminação Pública – CIP.
Prefeitura Municipal de Grão-Pará
Para este município a CIP é aplicada em conformidade com a Lei nº 3.059/2013 de 29/11/2013, atualizada pela Lei 3.811/2020 de 10/12/2020.
Para esta Prefeitura, seus gestores optaram por estabelecer a cobrança da CIP através de valores, considerando as faixas de consumo.
